In the last fortnight Mrs Hannah Shaw-Johnston has commenced maternity leave. We wish her well for this exciting time ahead and look forward to the news of the safe arrival of her baby.
We have also welcomed Mrs Kloe Wright from maternity leave. Mrs Wright will be at school on a Monday teaching Wellbeing and Library classes.
NAPLAN Year 3 and 5
Students in Years 3 and 5 have completed NAPLAN assessments over the last week. Students have engaged well during this time. It is important to remember that whilst NAPLAN is important data for schools to collect, it is also one piece of information which helps to build an understanding of each child’s needs. NAPLAN reports will be expected in Term 3.
Access to Disability Parking at Beaconsfield Primary.
Please be aware that there are two (2) allocated spaces for disability car parking located in the carpark near the library. The carpark is a shared space between the School, Child and Family Learning Centre and Child Care. These spaces are permitted to be used if:
Your child has a Disability Permit, or
If you as the parent/carer have a Disability Permit
A Disability Permit is required to be displayed to access these spaces.
Please be considerate of other families in our school community and ensure the spaces are used correctly.
